Vinyasa 45


Vinyasa 45 is a 45 min dynamic vinyasa style yoga workout that equally builds strength and flexibility through a series of postures and athletic movements. The practice leaves you feeling mentally and physically refreshed and is open to all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced.

The Vinyasa 45 sequence has been specifically designed to provide the benefits of a 90-minute yoga class but in less time. The foundation of the sequence is based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. However, each individual teacher brings his or her own unique qualities to the Express classes adding in postures from other traditions such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga.
