Teaching style

I guide in yoga in Ashtanga vinyasa style which i have a hands on approach to adjustments and breathing ques. I enjoy using traditional methods of the practice to help guide to find balance within the body. The welcoming space I hold for students is open to all abilities. I will encourage you to trust yourself and push to upgrade your knowledge of the self and the practice.

I understand the pressures of urban city living so alongside a traditional yoga practice I use healing tools and methods to help gain deeper relaxation and for a short while defocus from life off your mat and istead go within.

Attending one of my sessions you can expect to feel like you’re pushing towards your limits, gaining more knowledge of the self, increasing your flexibility, mobility and strength. You will leave feeling more relaxed from guided meditation and cleansing breathing exercises.


Guiding Yoga for me started 2 years ago. I reached a point in my life where I felt I needed learn more about myself so decided to travel to India to study and get a deeper of the practice. I trained in 8 limbed Yoga for one month learning the modalities that create the practice. Over the past 10 years I have been on a journey of knowledge for myself which has expanded my consciousness to understand i’m happy when in the service others encouraging to move forwards to gain a deeper knowledge of the self. I have been working as a hairdresser for many years helping people feel good from the outside. I still love to offer that service as it allows me to express my creativity and have a good chat as i could speak all day. Now my services have expanded to helping people go inwards to feel good from the inside. I am also proud run a conscious sober rave event called Morning Gloryville which brings a community of like minded people together. The perspective i have on the services i offer are extensions of my purpose to help create balance on our planet with movement, meditation, breathing, joyfulness, nutrition and community.
